Frank Ernst, MD

Dr. Frank Ernst received his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Dr. Ernst went to medical school at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. He completed his residency in internal medicine.

Dr. Ernst worked for Kaiser Permanente for 26 years, both in an outpatient clinic setting, as well as a hospitalist. He joined Summit Medical Consultants in November 2017. He has served as a Medical Director for several post acute facilities. His number one priority is taking care of the patients and feels that communication with patients, family, and staff at the facilities is critical.

Dr. Ernst enjoys cooking, reading, travel, golf, and hiking.
