Thomas Roach, DO

Dr. Roach is a valued member of the post-acute care team at Summit Medical Consultants. A native of the Midwest, Dr. Roach built a solid foundation of medical knowledge at medical school in Chicago, Illinois. Following this, they refined their skills in a diverse clinical environment during residency in Columbus, Ohio, gaining valuable experience in managing complex patient needs. These experiences have prepared Dr. Roach for the challenges of post-acute care, where they are eager to make a positive impact.


Outside of their professional life, Dr. Roach is an avid skier, taking full advantage of Colorado's winter sport opportunities. In the spring and fall, they enjoy playing rugby and engaging in friendly competition over board games. Dr. Roach and his wife, Elizabeth, love to travel and are always eager to explore new places/experiences and immerse themselves in the local culture and cuisine. Dr. Roach looks forward to contributing to the community and building lasting relationships with patients.
