Carolyn Lontin is a dedicated and versatile human resources leader with over 30 years of experience in HR strategy, employee relations, operations, and accounting. Her career spans a wide range of industries—including healthcare, senior living, telecommunications, construction, and manufacturing—bringing a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
With a strong foundation in both human resources and accounting, Carolyn brings deep expertise in employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits and payroll administration, and full-cycle talent acquisition. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, ethical practice, and continuous improvement, fostering high-performing cultures across complex, multi-state environments. She is known for building trust at all levels of an organization and for implementing processes that enhance both employee experience and operational efficiency.
Carolyn holds a BS in Human Resource Management and an AAS in Accounting. She is certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), with additional credentials in compensation, benefits, and Six Sigma HR methodologies.
Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs. A lifelong reader, she always has a book nearby, and she’s a passionate fan of both hockey and football.
