I'Yana Cola

As a Practice Manager, I'Yana is passionate about building meaningful connections with patients, providers, and healthcare teams while fostering a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care. With 15 years of nursing experience, she brings a strong combination of clinical expertise and healthcare leadership to her role. I'Yana earned her Practical Nursing degree from West Georgia Technical College and her Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Purdue Global University. Her clinical background includes geriatrics, cardiology, neurology, and correctional nursing.

Prior to becoming a Practice Manager, I'Yana served as a Director of Nursing in an assisted living facility, where she oversaw clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, and quality care initiatives. This experience strengthened her ability to support providers, improve workflows, lead multidisciplinary teams, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Outside of work, I'Yana enjoys spending time with her husband and children through outdoor adventures and educational activities. She is also an avid fan of true crime documentaries and has a keen interest in the investigative and forensic aspects of real-life cases.
