Jennifer Burnier
Director of Operations
Jennifer Burnier is a dynamic leader with over 13 years of healthcare experience both as a leader and with direct patient care. She has worked in a variety of settings in the healthcare field. She is a people-focused leader with a passion for continuous improvement.
As Practice Manager for Summit Medical Consultants from 2016-2020 she developed and managed the daily operations and processes as Summit grew from a four provider practice to a 50 provider practice stretching across the Denver metro area to the north in Greeley and Loveland and in the south to Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Now as the Director of Operations since June 2022, Jennifer has continued to drive operations focusing on a strong 60+ provider group committed to compassionate care of the most vulnerable patient population in acute inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long term care, and assisted living.
When not crafting emails, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children, hiking in the Colorado mountains, traveling, and participating in her book club.
