Stephanie Flauding is a Practice Manager with Summit Medical Consultants, where she leads process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and support both clinical and administrative teams. A nurse for more than 20 years, Stephanie brings deep expertise in Post-Acute Care, where she has dedicated the past 15 years of her career to advancing patient outcomes and care coordination.

An Army veteran, Stephanie’s leadership and commitment to service are reflected in her approach to healthcare management, where she blends clinical insight with strategic improvement strategies.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, making family her greatest source of joy and fulfillment.
